Revisual.io: Design --> Settings Search

Looking for a design item? Search for it.

Written by Piotr Poźniak

One of the best things about Revisual.io is its customization options. You can change almost every single thing about a calendar view to reflect your (or your client's) branding.

However, that means there are a lot of Design Items. Sometimes, it is difficult to find the particular Design Item you want.

INTRODUCING: Settings search

Available in both Main design and Featured highlights.

Simply type your keyword or key phrase into the search line. Settings search will show you what it found. Here is an example with “date”:

DATE IN MAIN DESIGN

DATE IN FEATURED HIGHLIGHTS

NOTES:

(1) Settings search is responsive to both calendar view type and integration.

(2) Settings search looks for your keyword or key phrase in the list of design elements. So, if the only match is a section header, it will not return any results.

Here is an example.

Our keyword was 'sharing'.

No results were returned.

That's because 'sharing' is a section header. No design elements in that section contain the keyword 'sharing'.

If our keyword had been 'share, we would have gotten some results.

So, you may need to be a little creative sometimes.
