In order for Display.Church to pull in your event images, you need to store your images in a Google Drive folder and grant us access.

If you just upload your event images from your computer, Display.Church will not be able to pull them in.

And if you are working as a team, this means that all the team members must upload their images to the same Google folder.

Sounds complicated but it isn't really....especially when we break it down into easy steps.

Section I: Setting up your Google Drive event images folder and sharing it with us

Step 1: In Drive, click on New.

Step 2: In Drive, click on New folder.

Step 3: Give your folder a meaningful name and click Create.

Step 4: Click on the 3-dot menu of your new folder and choose Share.

Step 5: Add Display.Church. Our email address:

Change the General access to "Anyone with the link --> Editor".

Click the blue Done button to confirm your action.

Upload your event images to this folder and use this location when you add an image to an event.

Section II: Sharing the folder with your teammates

Add the emails of your teammates.

Change the General access to "Anyone with the link --> Editor".

Click the blue Done button to confirm your action.

Instruct your teammates to upload their event images to this folder and use this location when they add an image to an event.
