Your calendar's sharable link and QR code open a page hosted by Revisual. Once the calendar is on your website, you can send them there instead. Visitors see your events alongside the rest of your website, and your website gets the visits.
How it works
Each calendar has one link, and its QR code opens that link.
The link and QR code stay the same when you edit, unpublish or republish the calendar.
Link redirection changes where they lead. Links you've already shared and QR codes you've already printed follow the change.
Turn on link redirection
Step 1: Open your calendar's Install tab and expand Hosted Link and Redirection.
Step 2: Under Link Redirection, turn on Enable URL redirection.
Step 3: Enter the full address of the page where your calendar is, for example https://www.example.com/events, and click Save.
Scan your QR code or open your link to check it now opens your website.
Turn it off
Turn off Enable URL redirection. The link and QR code open Revisual's page again.
Good to know
Link redirection is in beta.
If you move the calendar to another page, update the address here too.
Keep the calendar published. While it's unpublished, the link and QR code show a 404! Calendar not found page.
To use your own domain for links and QR codes, see How Domain Setup Works.
