If you want to permanently remove your Revisual account and all associated data, follow these steps carefully.
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Go to your Edit Profile page
Navigate to Edit Profile from your user menu.
Scroll to the “Delete Account” section
Locate the section labeled Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
Review the instructions
Read the instructions carefully to understand what will happen when your account is deleted.Delete your account
Click Permanently delete account and follow the on-screen instructions.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Your user profile and all data associated with it will be permanently removed.
Impact on Workspaces:
Workspaces where you are the only Owner will be permanently deleted.
Workspaces with other members or where you are not the Owner will remain accessible to other members.
When a workspace is deleted, the rules described in the Delete Workspace section apply.
All workspace-related data, integrations, widgets, and connected websites will be permanently removed.
Financial records required by law will be preserved.
You will be automatically signed out once the deletion process is complete.
Important: Accounts with an active subscription cannot be deleted. Cancel your subscription first.
Troubleshooting
Active subscription:
If your account has an active subscription, go to the Billing page
and cancel your subscription or trial.
Other workspace members:
If your account owns workspaces with other members, remove all members first, then return to delete your account.
