How to choose how many events your calendar shows

Show a month of events, only upcoming ones, the next few, this week or a date range, or let visitors scroll through everything, with Number of events on the Design tab.

Written by Piotr Poźniak

You choose how many events your calendar shows, and from when, on the Design tab. Open Events and scroll to Number of events.

The options depend on the template, so you may not see all of them.

Limit displayed events

Choose one option, fill in a number or dates if it asks for them, and click Save.

Show [number] upcoming events

Only the next few events, for example the next 6

A short "Coming up" section on your homepage

Infinite scroll

Turn on Infinite scroll to let visitors keep scrolling through all your upcoming events, however many there are, instead of one month or a set number. While it's on, the Limit displayed events options are hidden.

Recurring events

If you show each recurring event only once, with Merge recurring events, the option you choose here decides which date it shows on. With Infinite scroll, a merged event shows once, on its nearest date. See How to show a recurring event only once.
